Once you have chosen your program, please read these terms and conditions as your reservation is subject to them. This contract is accepted once TIKA EXPEDICION E.I.R.L. (trade name: TIKA EXPEDICION E.I.R.L) receives your approval from both parties, including the deposit/advance payment and the company’s confirmation of the reservation.

Reservations must be made at least one month in advance to secure the best schedules and circuits and to avoid any inconveniences.

For security reasons, only reservations made through our website will be accepted, or you may click on the links within our website (subchannels).

To make a reservation with TIKA EXPEDICION E.I.R.L. (trade name: TIKA EXPEDICION E.I.R.L), a 50% advance payment is required, which will be processed through secure payment methods that are formally registered. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon arrival in Cusco, at which point all printed tickets will be provided once the total payment is made.

For tour packages that include hostels and 1- or 2-star hotels, a 50% advance payment is required.

For tour packages with 3- or 4-star hotels, the hotel requires a 100% advance payment. Only the tour package requires a 50% advance payment.

Once the full 100% payment is made, the company will send a 100% confirmation of your tour package and payment to your email. This document serves as a guarantee for the client, who must review and reconfirm that everything is correct or note any discrepancies so that corrections can be made, ensuring approval from both parties.

Any modifications must be made one week in advance, except for Machu Picchu, which will incur penalties and/or a loss of 100%, depending on availability at that time.

For Machu Picchu, all modifications must be made 15 days in advance and will be subject to penalties and availability. If changes cannot be made due to lack of availability, the 100% fee will be lost.

Finally, to reconfirm the reservation, you must send the following information:

If your tour package includes hotel/accommodation, it will be subject to availability. If the requested hotel is not available, the company will find another of similar category and cost, which will be confirmed to your personal email or another authorized means.

The company has the right to accept last-minute reservations (48 hours) as well as to reject them. This right is subject to prior evaluation at the time of the passenger/client’s arrival. In this situation, the company will express the conditions under which it accepts to provide the service or if it is no longer possible.

Cancellations:

In case of cancellation by the client, it must be notified in writing to TIKA EXPEDICION E.I.R.L. Please note that the deposit for the program is non-refundable. Such notification will only be considered if your letter or email has been acknowledged as received, as we can only act if we receive such notification. Please indicate the reason for the cancellation.
