Hotel/Airbnb Pickup Service:
Schedule: Our pickup service is available from 4:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Your guide will pick you up directly at your accommodation in Cusco.
Office Pickup Option: If you prefer, you can join us at our office located in Plaza Regocijo at 5:00 a.m.
Reservation Information: When making your reservation, provide the name and address of your hotel or Airbnb. If you choose the office pickup option, please indicate it in your reservation.
Updates: If you haven’t confirmed your accommodation at the time of reservation, you can update your pickup information later by sending us an email at booking@exploreperu360.com.
End of Tour or Return: The tour usually ends between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at Plaza Regocijo, a central and accessible location.
Daily Departures and Reservations: We offer daily excursions that you can book online through our website or in person at our office in Cusco. Reservations can be made until 9:00 p.m. the night before the excursion.
Tour Group Size: Typically, groups range from 14 to 16 participants, with a maximum of 19, all guided by a bilingual professional who speaks English and Spanish.
Tour Meals: Enjoy a nutritious breakfast and a buffet lunch tailored to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary restrictions at no extra cost; just let us know in advance.
Free Luggage Storage: Store any additional luggage at our main office in Cusco, available every day from 7:00 a.m. and early in the morning at 4:45 a.m. before the tour, so you can explore without worries.
Changes to the Tour Reservation: Modify the date of your tour or switch to a similar tour (such as Palcoyo, Rainbow Mountain, Sacred Valley, or 7 lagoons) at no extra cost until 7:00 p.m. the day before your tour begins. Send us the changes via email at booking@exploreperu360.com.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours but before 7:00 p.m. the day before, you will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made after 7:00 p.m. the day before are not eligible for a refund.

Day 1: CUSCO - MOLLEPATA - SORAYPAMPA - HUMANTAY LAKE - CUSCO
Humantay Lake is a magical destination that combines stunning landscapes and exciting adventures. This well-planned tour offers you ample time to enjoy the natural beauty of the area and capture memorable photographs. Keep in mind that the time spent at the lake may vary depending on weather conditions, so be prepared for all possibilities.
Tour Itinerary:
- 4:30 AM – 5:00 AM: Pickup from your hotel in Cusco.
- 5:00 AM – 7:30 AM: Transfer by vehicle to Mollepata, a charming village in the Anta province.
- 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Enjoy a delicious breakfast at a local restaurant in Mollepata.
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Continue the journey to Soraypampa, the base of Humantay Mountain.
- 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Start the hike to Humantay Lake, with an estimated time of 1.5 to 2 hours.
- 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Arrival at the lake. Enjoy breathtaking views of the turquoise water and surrounding mountains. Your guide will provide interesting information about the location. Take this opportunity to photograph and relax in this natural setting.
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Begin the descent back to Soraypampa.

If Explore Peru 360 cancels the tour due to weather or political reasons, you will be refunded 100% of the tour cost.
Changes to the Tour Reservation:
